SEC Reporting and Accounting recruitment
- Assist VP in all SEC reporting including 10-Q's and 10-k's
- Maintain support book for all MDA and footnote disclosures
- Assist with developing company's accounting principles, practices and policies
- Work closely with legal entity accounting team to roll out new policies and training
- Assist whitepapers on various accounting topics
- Assist in Preparation of earnings per share calculations
- Utilize Equity Edge Online for purposes of Stock Based Compensation calculations
- Multi-currency consolidations using Consolidation tool
- Prepare all supporting workpapers for Consolidated statement of Cash Flows
- Assist with reconciling earnings release with SEC documents
- Utilize Essbase to prepare financials
- Prepare legal entity financials when required
- Reconciliation of treasury shares
- Assist with SEC and accounting checklists
- Rollforward of consolidated equity
Requirements:
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
CPA or pursuing required
Combination Public/Private a huge plus
Demonstrated experience in SEC reporting a must
4 + years of total accounting experience
Excellent excel skills and Powerpoint skills
