MIS Reporting Analyst recruitment

• Financial performance reporting including the [i] Regional Daily Flash PL, [ii] Regional Daily PL, [iii] Regional Weekly PL; [iv] Regional Monthly Flash, [v] Regional Quarterly Expense Summary; [vi] Regional Flash-to-Actual Reconciliation, [vii] Regional RePortal-to-SPOT Reconciliation and [viii] business review reports.  This involves analyzing regional financial results and presenting them to senior management.

• Review and analysis of overall monthly regional financial results for accuracy / completeness and investigation of significant PL drivers.

• Finance Management Committee reporting, focused on detailed legal entity and business level PL results, balance sheet, performance metrics, trend analysis and operating expenses.

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reporting of the business activities in North America to meet specific requests from the CEO, COO, business heads, the Regional Management Committee, the Business Management office and Finance management.

• Fielding regular questions from the Management Committee teams regarding material PL events. This typically includes investigating circumstances surrounding material PL events and providing guidance on group reporting policies where appropriate.

• Conduct annual budgeting and ad hoc forecasting / financial modeling for the Front Office activities.

• Reporting development projects.

• Reporting of Front Office inter-company transfers with affiliates.

• Miscellaneous responsibilities as required.

Experience /Qualifications/Education:

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• One to two years of management reporting experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Personable and reliable self-starter, who requires minimal management oversight for day to day work responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to preventing and solving problems

• Proficiency with computer applications. Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills required

• Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Oracle Business Intelligence and Essbase software desirable

• Ability to work under pressure / deadlines and manage multiple priorities
