Securities Lending – Account or Relationship Manager recruitment

Our client is a leading supplier of software and information services to the Securities Lending marketplace.

In order to continue to offer a first class service to their extensive client list of Hedge Funds and Investment Banks they are now recruiting an Account or Relationship Manager with a detailed knowledge of the Securities Lending Business.

Your role will be to provide support to existing client by developing strong working relationships with them and having the ability to understand their business and subsequently their requirements in terms of their Securities Lending business.

You should have the ability to work with the Product development team by providing detailed client feedback enabling them to be innovative the development of new products.

You should be able to upsell/cross sell into existing accounts and have the business sense to spot new commercial opportunities.

You would be expected to attend exhibitions and conferences and generate new business when give the opportunity.

You should be able to manage the early warning system to highlight potential issues in the renewal business through salesforce.com.

Other duties include:-

Refer and develop to short, medium long term account plans within assigned location by client to ensure your client base meets its overall revenue targets.

Identify expanded revenue opportunities within existing customer base based upon analysis of current portfolio the client’s future plans and manage/action potential new sales opportunities and when needed manage their referral to relevant Sales Specialist and Senior Management.

Maintain an up to date picture of our presence within each client, historical data ensure that accurate client contact information exists through salesforce.com.

Be the first response for any major client issues; ensure resolution of billing, entitlement user ID issues through direct involvement of the CRM team.

Ensure the process to implement trials/user tests within client sites is successful provide assistance as required.

Manage product roll outs/upgrades within account portfolio.

Assist in the creation delivery of presentations to decision makers.

Lead the negotiation of contract terms (price, renewal/cancellation notice periods/licence terms extensions) within the defined client base.

Provide training to new users within your portfolio of clients, and advanced training to drive usage (either face to face or remote).

Keep the client up to date with updates on product and content changes and improvements.
