Securities, Trading Floor Assistant, Singapore
An excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on the Securities Division trading floor. The successful candidate would support multiple senior managers and be part of a broader team of Executive Assistants based in Singapore.
Job Summary
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for sales and trading teams, including senior managers
- Calendar management; Coordinate internal and external client meetings
- Scheduling, booking, and updating travel arrangements; prepare visa applications
- Prepare travel and expense reports; maintain file system
- Answer phone calls, receive and redirect visitors
- Various administrative and ad hoc tasks

- Hardworking, good judgment, flexible and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative
- Organized; good time management skills; ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Outgoing, self-confident, energetic and friendly demeanor

- Team player who can work and contribute in a team environment to achieve goals
- Responsible and responsive - willing to go the extra mile
- Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new technologies/applications
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
