Job description
Reporting to the Managing Director of the PMO, we're seeking a Program Manager to supervise software management. Responsibilities include:
• Direct supervision of software development and maintenance programs;
• Leadership of complex teams;
• Proven experience running multiple concurrent projects; strongly procedure oriented;
• Strong communication skills.
Who we are looking for
• 7+ Experience running projects and programs in Capital Markets - strong understanding of cash equity business;
• Deep understanding of project dynamics, end to end, from planning / requirements to development / qa and deployment / Ops processes;
• 4+ years of hands on software dev experience in capital markets, including experience managing soft dev teams;
• Experience with agile / Jira / Rally;
• MBA or MIS preferred.
