Our client is a top rated US firm with a strong international presence. An exceptional opportunity now exists for a talented and driven Securitisation/Derivatives NQ to join their highly regarded London office.
You will get the opportunity to work under a partner who is consistently recognised by Legal 500 for his expertise in securitisation and derivatives. In your work in asset securitisation and derivatives documentation, you will act for issuers, arrangers and investors on the full product spectrum. High quality and diverse work is therefore guaranteed from the outset.
The successful candidate will have excellent academics, and will either have completed a Securitisation and/ or Derivatives seat at respected City practice, or will have around one year's PQE in the relevant area. Strong technical skills, commercial focus and a client-oriented approach are all essential attributes. This is an excellent opportunity, offering New Yorkrates.
