SEM & Digital Strategist recruitment
Our client is seeking a SEM digital specialist / management to own and manage the SEM channel in a large region.
Responsibilities:
- To be a key person to input and drive the operating plan of region, and to maximize online KPIs in SEM strategy and implementation
- To manage the daily operations and to allocate available resources to meet operating objectives
- To be accountable for analyzing, optimizing and growing SEM accounts
- To direct SEM development and implementation
- To direct methods for measuring campaign performance and to develop testing for key SEM performance levers
- To manage full cycle campaign performance in such areas as bidding, keyword generation, advertising copy, adwords (Yahoo, Baidu, Sogou, and so on), reporting and analytical techniques
- To provide forecasting and budgeting guidelines for financial reporting
- To oversee a team of SEM specialists and ensure the ongoing training/development of the team
- Optimize results using SEM analytics tools (Google Analytics GA, Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrend, etc.)
Requirements:
- Degree holder in e-commerce, internet, IT, Marketing or quantitative discipline; MBA is a plus
- At least 6+ relevant years of solid PPC/SEM campaign launch and optimization experience wherein 2 year in management level
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Proactive with a passionate desire to learn
- Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
This is position is required to be based in Hong Kong.
