Semi Senior Accountant/Accounts Assistant
A well-regarded mid-tier Accountancy Practice are looking for a strong part-qualified accountant or accounts assistant to join their busy office.
The role is an all round accounts role that specifically requires the filling of VAT returns and sets of accounts to a high standard. You will be expected to carry out the usual duties of an all round accounts role as requested by the line manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a minimum of 2 years practice accounting. Experience of using CCH would be an advantage but not essential but you must have had some experience of accountancy software to be considered for the role. You must be able to work well to deadlines and as part of a team. You will be organised, and able to work independently on the tasks assigned to you.
