Our company has been a leading manufacturer of robotic and automation equipment for the last 25 years. We develop broad range of wafer handling robots, pre-aligners, load ports, mini-environments and complete systems like wafer sorters. Our equipment automation software enables the integration of various manufacturing tools in the semiconductor factories. We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Automation Technology Analyst to join our technology team.
DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research the automation needs of Semiconductor, LED and MEMS fabs, foundries and OEM and match these needs with the existing product portfolio of Genmark Automation. Propose approaches to optimally matching company’s product line with the market automation requirements
- Identify potential business opportunities related to automation, and justify development of new products, automation approaches and strategies
- Identify new business opportunities associated with Semiconductor, LED and MEMS fabs, foundries and OEM automation
- Analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities
- Cultivate customer relationships, deliver effective proposals, and negotiate contracts to capture profitable new business
- Successfully negotiate difficult and/or critical business matters, through interaction with executive level managers both internally and externally.
- Facilitates collaboration with customers in setting up project execution guidelines, establishing effective working environment and achieving mutual goals
- Demonstrates excellent combination between technology and business skills to guarantee successful execution of automation projects and achieving company’s business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree in Technology / Business
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automation with emphasis on Semiconductor automation
- Established record of successful participation in automation projects and/or programs in the Semiconductor Industry
- Proven record of established network with semiconductor, LED, MEMS fabs and foundries allowing effective identification and initialization of automation projects
- In depth theoretical knowledge and experimental background in the area of Semiconductor Automation, incl. automation equipment, robotics, approaches to FAB automation, etc.
- Abilities to analyze automation needs and to propose adequate and effective automation solutions.
