Senior Account Executive - Ad Network
- Work alongside Media Strategy,Business Development, Account Management and Ad Operations team leaders to develop new business, renewals and up sells
- Exceed daily, monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Engage agency and direct client decision makers at all levels
- Plan, prepare and present at high impact meetings with both prospects and existing clients
- Execute against a formal tactical and strategic plan, and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
- Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
- Understand competitive landscape, and effectively differentiate the company
- Adopt the company’s best practice selling methodology
- Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
- Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
- Accurately forecast revenue growth
- Manage clients and pipeline in SalesForce™, customer relationship management software
- Liaising with client services team to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and renewal of clients
- Spread enthusiasm all around and be pro-active in driving revenue
- Represent the company at local industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 plus years experience calling on online/media advertising agencies and/or direct clients
- Results driven and committed to creating a ‘book of business’
- A strong desire to succeed in an online media sales and service organization
- A strong desire to succeed in an online media sales and service organization
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
- Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
- Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
- Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value, not price
- Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
- Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
- Working knowledge and experience managing contacts with CRM technology e.g. SalesForce™ preferred
