The portfolio of clients include financial services, pharmaceuticals, legal services, energy, automotive, utilities, and retail industries, among others. SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POS
Role Purpose
- Responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to print and campaign management services. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Requests for quotations will be processed by the client/on site Account Management Teams in the first instance, but there is a responsibility to ensure the documentation is completed correctly
- Selection of the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and timescales for each job and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. Orders will be processed in the most efficient manner available.
- Ownership of the development of client relationships and supplier partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Procurement of Point of Sale, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
- Provide technical input and advise on print projects as required
- Management of campaigns and components
- Ensure detailed specifications for suppliers are in place
- Management of campaign kitting and delivery logistics
- Develops strong relationships with suppliers and is expert in their capabilities
Finance

Ensures most competitive costs are achieved on each project

Develops a good understanding of both he client’s and partners business and industry sector

Person Specification

Strong all round print industry experience in either purchasing or production management.

Extensive knowledge of POS an advantage

Commercially strong and numerate
