Senior Account Officer
You will be responsible for analyzing commercial and risk aspects of proposed new transactions within the framework of the credit committee’s approvals and the Bank’s general procedures. You will propose an optimized deal structure and manage and monitor day-to-day events throughout the lifetime of the transaction. You will alert the Relationship Manager and EC Collateral Management of any potential risk, which could endanger the underlying asset or identified source or repayment. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager and Credit Management to coordinate and leverage on the expertise of each party. There will also be occasional interface with the Compliance and Legal Department.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree holder
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Commodity Structured Debt and Commodity Finance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented and innovative
