Must have experience managing a team.  Bachelors degree required.  We are looking for a manager with 3-5 years of accounting experience. 

Summary

The Treasury and AR Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of our Accounts Receivable Billing and Cash management functions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

·         Provide leadership and daily guidance to the Accounts Receivable Specialists and Cash application

·         Direct treasury functions;  management of daily deposits, ACH, cash management and daily reporting

·         Maintain ACH information for all vendors and privacy standards

·         Manage the billing process for all business lines; 

·         Monitor and maintain all customer accounts and maintenance within the accounting system;  responsible for new client implementation and accounting set-up

·         Manage all collections efforts through monthly meetings and follow up;  work closely with Business Development and Account Management

·         Intense focus on process and system improvements including automation, reporting and controls

·         Participate in monthly close with account analysis and various reconciliations

·         Prepare staff evaluations, document performance, provide training, and organizational development

Qualifications

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 5 years progressive accounting experience in an accounting environment, CPA preferred

·         Strong understanding of Accounting, Bank Treasury and Accounts Receivable

·         Great Plains experience a plus;  familiar with automated accounting systems

·         Strong leadership and managerial skills

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Strong Microsoft Office Skills; proficient in Excel
