Senior-Accountant (m/f) recruitment

As the BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg department (“BNPP REIM Lux”) is expanding, we are now looking for a Senior-Accountant (m/f).
Your main responsibilities:
- Day to day accounting of commercial companies ;
- Compile and prepare balance sheets, profit and loss reports and accounting reports;
- Manage the month–end close ;
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly internal and external reporting in accordance with reporting procedures;
- Liaise with statutory auditors and external advisors;
- Assist relationship manager on specific projects;
- Preparation of financial analysis and reporting;
- Follow-up of VAT.
Your profile:
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree (BAC+3) specialized in Accounting or Finance. A University degree in Business, Accounting (BAC+5) will be considered as a strong asset;
• +/– 5 years accounting experience preferably in an international environment
• Strong technical skills in accounting;
• Knowledge of IFRS consolidation would be an asset;
• Good knowledge in Tax and VAT returns filling would be an asset
• Proactive individual who is motivated, highly energetic, driven by continuous improvement and meets objectives in a timely manner;
• Team player with good relationship skills and liking for working in an international environment;
• Well organised and used to working under tight deadlines.
