An impressive organisation within the FMCG/Retail sector seek to appoint a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will act as a role model to the rest of the finance team providing hands on technical support across aspects of financial and management accounting.
You will be responsible for a range of financial reporting activities, providing insights with respect on variances to budget, driving process improvement, ensuring rigor within compliance whilst assisting in the management of transactional team.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant trained in chartered with time spent in industry (or exclusively in industry). Preference will be given for candidates with a background in retail or FMCG where you have exposure to tangible products. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and hands on skills.
