Senior Accountant to $85k
A Global company is currently looking for a dynamic and bright Senior Accountant to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of the daily recording of investment activity by the third party administrator; performing period-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and analytical reviews including net investment income and realized gains and losses; investigating unanticipated variances and provide detailed comments or asset management operations team for resolution; preparation of management reports that provide analysis of investment results; preparation of GAAP footnote disclosures related to investments; assisting with preparation of supporting schedules and footnotes for SEC filings; and assisting with initiatives for implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's degree (CPA or MBA preferred); 2-4 relevant experience; and strong MS Excel, Access and Word skills.
