Senior Acquisition Manager – Consumer Lending recruitment
Our client is one of the world's leading retail banking organisations. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre strategic sales manager to assist in developing and executing a new distribution strategy for their Consumer Lending business through signing up new partnerships.
Working closely with the Head of Acquisition, your responsibilities will be broad and include:
- Develop and execute a strategic framework to take a new lending offering to the retail market
- Identify market opportunties and develop relevant product offering
- Build a pipeline of strategic partners including negotiating and signing them up
- Manage key internal stakeholders across Risk, Credit Operations and Compliance
- Responsible for direct sales channels
- End to end campaign implementation and management
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified professionals with demonstrated sales and channel experience gained within retail banking or consumer finance. Experience in strategy development and execution coupled with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders will be critical to your success. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, highly developed commercial acumen and high levels of drive and initiative will be assumed.
