Senior Agency Training Officer recruitment
An excellent opportunity exists with a leading global Insurance company for a Senior Training Officer to join their training team.
This multi faceted positions that will see you Develop and maintain programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities and methods in program design, identified training needs. You will also be required to conduct analysis on information, data and resources relating to training activities, and prepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guidelines given.
Relevant professional qualifications or training and substantial experience in within the insurance industry together with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an excellent command of both spoken and written English are essential. In addition you will have a proactive and mature disposition and thrive in a team environment
