This well established and leading bank provides a range of financial and banking products and services to retail, small business, corporate and institutional customers. They are committed to building lasting partnerships with customers and communities throughout Canberra and Australia.
We are currently seeking an experienced Property Finance Analyst or Assistant Relationship Manager to join a renowned bank. The role will involve supporting relationship managers with general administrative tasks, preparing credit submissions and conducting annual reviews. Typical deal size will range from around $25mill-$100mill but your portfolio could include deals as large as $200million.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in this field and have demonstrated knowledge of the credit assessing process. You will have sound communication skills, be extremely attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task. Having previously held a DLA will also be highly regarded in consideration for this role.
