Senior Analysts / Associates - Investment Banking TMT Coverage Team - New York / San Francisco
Our client is a Large Global Bank, with offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The TMT team is one of the most profitable sector coverage teams within their investment banking arm, and have a strong deal flow within their US operations. They operate across mid - large deal sizes and work on some of the most notable deals across TMT.
They are seeking experienced associates or analysts to join the team. The team have a relaxed working environment and juniors are given the opportunity to work closer with clients than at the typical teams at the Bulge Bracket banks. You will also spend a small amount of time working with their affiliated investments teams. As a senior analyst / associate your typical responsibilities include execution and financial due diligence of relevant / potential mandates and working closely with more senior team members and assisting in the business development and pitching process. Locations available in both San Francisco and New York.
Experience required:
- 2 - 6 years of experience within investment banking / corporate finance advisory / MA advisory at a leading international bank / boutique firm / advisory firm
- experience within the TMT (telecoms / media/ technology) is an added bonus, although top ranked candidates from other industry teams who would like to broaden their experience are also welcomed
- strong financial due diligence / execution capabilities
- strong oral communication skills and personable character is vital to the role
-strong educational qualifications, a masters / MBA graduate from a top rated school is preferred
