Senior Analyst – Deal Support recruitment
This role works directly with the deal team in closing out deal transactions in the distressed asset space and has direct contact with:
• Investment, legal , tax and accounting professionals based in London, Luxembourg and Ireland.
• Asset Managers located across Europe, including Spain, Italy, UK, Ireland and Germany.
• Legal counsel and tax advisors and Investment SPV’s.
The nature of this role requires someone who has has a strong commerical knowledge of distressed transactions or deals but also strong grounding in accounting and the legals.
Our client is looking for candidates that have strong academics pedigree and some language skills from a big 4 environment who have moved there careers into a more commercial transaction support type role.
An excellent opportunity has arisen as this role will give the individual autonomy to take ownership of ensuring the deals are closed that have been originate by the deal team.
