Senior Application Security Architect – mobile technologies recruitment
One of the largest banks in the world is looking for a Senior Application Security Architect to join their expanding team.
This global banking giant requires the ideal candidate to engage in the initial requirements definition (including analysis of threats and risks and alignment with Architecture standards); conduct and facilitate security reviews including SSDLC testing requirements throughout the development lifecycle; facilitate 'table-top'/red-team/scenario analysis exercises in conjunction with other SME's; and plan the resolution of any identified vulnerabilities/issues. You will conduct security review of applications including responsibility for driving requirements definition and risk analysis, and facilitate and support threat/architecture reviews and scenario analysis/red team/tabletop exercises. Additionally, the Architect will identify enhancements to IS tools, standards, and processes Provide SME support to projects and programs.
Ideally with 7+ years experience in a similar role with a focus in IS technology Knowledge; the successful Security Architect will have in depth, hands-on understanding and application architectures and technology experience (including web applications, mobile technology, web 2.0 technology, identity and access management), thorough understanding of industry and corporate technology standards for Information Security, and detailed familiarity with security hacking tools and techniques.
Experience in research and development and strong knowledge of software development/deployment methodologies in web/mobile based environments is required. Along with strong knowledge of software security for web and mobile applications. A background with mobile hardware and software technologies, and strong understanding of information security and risk analysis processes (e.g. threat modelling) would be very desirable to my client.
