Senior Applications Development Consultant Job in Basking Ridge, New Jersey US
CIBER is currently seeking a Senior Java Web Application/Systems Developer with strong core Java application development and expertise in web-service and web-service client development using Apache CXF framework (using SOAP). Candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years' experience (more than 3 years US work experience) and must have been involved in designing frameworks for large enterprise applications/systems. This position provides an opportunity to get involved into a strong adaptive authentication development on top of couple of vended System SDK. Solution would comprise of back-end framework, extension of vendor SDK and a small web application.
Candidate is expected to have considerable experience on all of the following skills and should be able to work independently from designing to developing modules.
Required Technical Skills:
- Apache CXF based Web services development - Mandatory (SOAP - required).
- Spring MVC (3.0.x or greater).
- Spring framework (3.0.x or greater).
- Specialized knowledge on Spring JDBC.
- Java EE Design Patterns.
- Experience in creating frameworks/SDK that can be utilized by discreet applications for similar functionality.
- Well-versed with Maven builds and deployments.
- Experience with WebSphere application server.
Preferred skills:
- Aware of Test driven development.
- Experience in developing/enhancing/integrating identity and access management applications.
- Experience with RSA Adaptive authentication (Strong plus).
- AJAX/JQuery based UI design.
- Web 2.0 UI Design (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
