Senior Asset Management Compliance Manager/Head of Compliance recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of policies in relation to compliance to the business and functional groups
- Provide compliance advisory for the region and work with management to devise compliance programs
- Hold and run compliance related presentations and training sessions
- Work with APAC region on compliance/legal related issues
- Anti-money Laundering (AML) reviews and advisory
- Work with regulatory boards and provide regulatory reporting
- Monitoring and compliance disclosure
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 8 years compliance experience, preferably in financial institutions, or asset management firms
- Hong Kong regulatory compliance experience a plus
- Strong technical product knowledge high desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills – Fluent in English and Chinese
- Accurate and efficient completion of tasks
- Independent yet able to work in teams with a willingness to assume responsibility
