Senior Associate – Restructuring & Corporate Advisory Boutique – London. recruitment

Our client, a leading International restructuring and corporate advisory boutique, is currently looking to add to the team at Senior Associate level. Built on 25 years of history, my client has become the partner of choice to many Stakeholders, Boards of Directors, Investors, Lenders and Government Institutions, across Europe, America and The Caribbean.
Based on the nature of their business this position is ideally suited to someone coming from a large Big4 or other reputable accounting platform. Candidates must have experience covering either ‘Transaction Services’ or ‘Corporate Finance’, all sectors considered, however Leisure, Retail or Business Support Services would be ideal. You must have outstanding technical skills and a strong personality that can help build relationships at all levels.
If you’re 1 year to 18 months away from being promoted to Manager and looking to make a move into more a boutique platform, then you’re at the ideal level to be considered for this role.
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
- ACA – (Past first time)
- Strong Academics
- Currently working in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance for a Big4 or other
- Outstanding Technical skills
- Strong personality
- 1 year to 18 months away from being promoted to Manager.
- A desire and an a ability to work, communicate and network at all levels
