Total Rewards Consultant – Financial Services (Ref: TRC-FS/AP051211) recruitment

Our client is a global leading consulting practice with a large Financial Services business segment. They are now looking for a consultant to join their practice to deliver total rewards solutions such as executive compensation projects to clients across the Asia Pacific region and contribute to the growth and development of this business practice.

The role will involve providing consulting services and advice across a number of reward projects including executive compensation, reward strategy, design and development, incentive design, job analysis and integrated reward. You will be required to provide advisory work according to project deadlines and adhere to budgets while working closely with clients to ensure information is presented in a fluent and logical manner. The role will also involve research and analysis work on areas such as market trends, in addition to project writing, presentation and supporting senior management with proposals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4/5 years in rewards / compensation and benefits gained within the financial services or consulting sectors and hold a degree in Math’s / Statistics or Finance with an MBA being an advantage. You will have a strong academic background with developed research and analytical skills and be able to present information in a logical manner. With strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, you will be a team player and be able to work in a project environment to tight deadlines.
