The Role
The department offers corporate broking, corporate finance and MA advisory services to clients. The dedicated specialist sector teams mirror the firm's research sector coverage. The role reports to the Head of FIG and includes:
- Developing presentations with appropriate research and analytics
- Developing, and reviewing the development of, financial models
- Pitching and executing transactions and drafting documentation
- Advising clients on Listing and AIM rules
- Managing, training and developing a team of five analysts
Who they are looking for
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Have five to eight years' experience in ECM.
- Have some specific insurance and general financial sector experience
- Have strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
- Have demonstrable drive and determination and excellent communication skills
Preferences
- Experience of AIM transactions
