About the Job
Our top client's insolvency group has a senior associate insolvency litigation role within its renowned litigation practice. The role will report to a key partner and involve you working on a wide range of disputes including trade practices litigation, hostile takeover bids, partnership disputes, admin law, judicial review and an array of contractual disputes in the private, public sectors as well as insolvency based work
The successful candidates will have extensive exposure to alternative dispute resolution across multiple sectors and advise on various aspects of international arbitration as well as domestic commercial arbitrations in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. You will also get real responsibility for client relationship management
