Senior Associate – Merchant Banking (Private Equity) recruitment
The firm differentiates itself by complementing the expertise of its senior merchant banking professionals with the skill set of over 60 highly successful, current and former senior operating executives of leading companies, each of whom is an investor in the Firm. These executives represent a cross section of major industry sectors including consumer, media and communications, industrial, healthcare, technology and financial and business services.
This role will report directly and support the firm's senior management and assist in closing deals. The Associate should expect to work on private equity investments, mergers acquisitions advisory and capital raising transactions for both public and private companies across a range of industries in a highly motivated fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have experience executing deals and knowledge of Private Equity
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of MA experience
- Deal execution experience
- Knowledge and interest in Private Equity
- Highly motivated work ethic and the ability to work in a rapidly-moving, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with senior deal partners and operating executives on a regular basis
