Contract – Procurement Operations Administrator recruitment

The Role
The individual would administratively support the Purchasing department with the following:
- Run and analyze SAP related reports.
- Perform purchase order reconciliation on outstanding orders which include expediting deliveries and working with customers to resolve the purchase orders.
- Perform data entry of supplier contracts into ICMS contract management system.
- Handle various XDSK tickets/Sort mail/handle other general admin. duties as needed.

Qualifications
- An undergraduate Bachelors degree
- 3+ years administrative experience in Supply chain
- Excellent time management and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Able to multitask and apply good analytical skills
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
- Strong problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2007, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
