About our Client
Our client is a leading management consulting company in China, due to management reshuffling, they are looking for a senior associate to head up their pharmaceutical / Healthcare team.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and associates to effectively complete pharmaceutical / healthcare projects
- Interact with clients to define problems, test hypotheses, and share interim results
- Structure complex strategic and analytical problems into an actionable plan for clients
- Work in teams to synthesize analysis into key findings and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Executive Directors to prepare and deliver client presentations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher from top schools, preferably majoring in medical sciences. MBA or post-graduate degree from top schools is a plus
- The ideal candidate must have superb strategic and analytical abilities, and extensive team management experience
- At least 2 yrs and above full-time consulting experience focus on pharmaceutical/ healthcare from top-tier management consulting firms or from advisory department in accounting firms or from international renowned pharmaceutical or healthcare firms
- Be a clear and confident communicator who can engage with people of all types and backgrounds
- Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English skills in both reading and writing
