Senior Associate- Private Equity recruitment
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the potential candidate will be using quantitative and qualitative analytical tools to evaluate investment opportunities, working with the team in making or evaluating investment decisions and identifying opportunities in the China market.
Requirements:
- Graduated from top universities in China or Ivy league is essential
- Business school, post graduate education or MBA is preferred
- At least 5-8 years of a combination of IBD and Private Equity experience with a strong focus in China market an advantage
- Candidates without Private Equity experience from Investment Banking at a senior associate/ junior VP level from TMT or healthcare with China focus will also be considered
- Excellent technical skills: financial modelling, valuation, projections, benchmarking etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong industry and company research skills
- Candidate MUST be able to read and write Chinese, fluent English and Mandarin is a must
- CPA or CFA is a plus
- Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in Hong Kong and currently residing in Hong Kong. This opening will not consider candidates from overseas outside of Hong Kong.
