Associate / Senior associate – Healthcare investment banking – New York, USA
The client is a Tier 1 Boutique investment bank, with one of the most impressive track records within Large Cap Advisory, and currently in an exciting mode of growth. They have an opportunity for an ambitious associate / senior associate level candidate to join their entrepreneurial team, and gain access to some of the most talked about transactions within the market. The team is made up of key figures from Leading International Investment Banks / Bulge Bracket players as well as leading figures from the Tier 1 boutiques. Opportunity for strong candidates to make a parallel move from a larger bank to a boutique player and gain more client exposure and a more varied experience. Candidates from leading boutiques are also well suited.
Experience required
- associate level candidate or junior VP candidate (3 – 6 years experience in large cap investment banking / MA / corporate finance / Advisory)
- experience working on transactions within the Healthcare space
- experience gained within a Leading International Investment bank, Boutique Investment Bank or Advisory Firm
- highly analytical, good modelling skills, due diligence skills and execution capabilities
- personable team player with the ability to communicate well with senior management and coach more junior team members
- ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude
