The People Change Group specialises in providing change management and human resource advisory services in Hong Kong and China for our local and international clients.

What the HR Technology Team Does

In response to market demand, we are strengthening our HR Technology practice and are looking to recruit staff to support a range of exciting projects. Working within our People Change, Consulting team you will work on implementations of our market leading propositions for large global clients.
Our HR Technology Team also helps organisations define and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of technology across the entire HR function and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of related consulting projects.
We are looking for motivated people from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and levels, including:
• Public or private sector
• Preferably consultancy but will also consider excellent line-HR applicants with project experience
• Ambitious consultants looking to progress

1. HR Technology/System Consulting Manager - SAP/Peoplesoft focus

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone who has hands on HR Technology experience and the role may include, but is not restricted to:
• ERP implementation readiness preparation, and other client-side advice and management
• Deployment of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• Payroll optimisation
• Using your business analysis skills to identify and document client requirements, and determine HR system and data strategies
• HR system and vendors evaluation and selection exercises
• Developing system configuration specifications
• Providing project and programme management services to clients
• Using your HR and HR systems knowledge to identify the key issues for our clients undergoing change in HR or related people and technology processes.
• Acting as an ambassador for PwC when taking propositions into our clients.
• Working at all levels within the client's organisation from CEO and Directors to the HR team and be able to gain immediate credibility, adapting your style to suit the audience.
 

Requirements:

You will be a highly-motivated professional ideally from a consultancy background. Your skills and experience will include:
• A degree in HR Management/Business Administration/Computer Science/System Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum four years’ solid experience in HR Technology consultancy/in-house HR Technology project manager for Senior Associate; Minimum six years’ solid experience of such for Manager
• A demonstrable history of implementation of at least one of SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle HRMS
• Knowledge of the full HR Employee Lifecycle
• Specialist knowledge of at least one of Payroll, Talent Management, or HR Business Intelligence
• Understanding of Software as a Service
• Demonstrable specialist skills, for example proven business analysis techniques, organisation design, HR technology specification and/or implementation.
• A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
• Proven project leadership experience with a strong understanding of project management approaches.
• Being commercially focused.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills are essential.
• Being very delivery focused with a proven track record.
• Relevant international experience would be valuable but not essential.
 

2. HR Technology/System Consulting Manager - for a Leading SaaS HR System

We are working with our Joint-Venture partner firm on promoting to and implementing a Leading SaaS HR system, for our global clients. While our partner firm will be promoting and marketing the system, we will be providing consultation and implementation services to the global clients.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone who has hands on HR Technology experience and the role may include, but is not restricted to:

• Working with our JV partner firm hands-in-hands to provide our clients with high level of a Leading SaaS HR system experience
• SaaS HR system implementation readiness preparation, and other client-side advice and management
• Deployment of Software as a Service (SaaS) and the system solutions
• Payroll optimisation
• Using your business analysis skills to identify and document client requirements, and determine that particular HR system modules and data strategies
• Vendors evaluation and selection exercises
• Developing system configuration specifications
• Providing project and programme management services to clients
• Using your HR and HR systems knowledge to identify the key issues for our clients undergoing change in HR or related people and technology processes.
• Acting as an ambassador for PwC when taking propositions into our clients.
• Working at all levels within the client's organisation from CEO and Directors to the HR team and be able to gain immediate credibility, adapting your style to suit the audience.
• Training on that specific leading SaaS HR System

Requirements:

• Minimum four years’ solid experience in HR Technology consultancy/in-house HR Technology project manager for Senior Associate; Minimum six years’ solid experience of such, and strong knowledge about and one year of implementation experience of SaaS HR systemfor Manager
• High adaptability to a brand new system
• A demonstrable history of implementation of at least one of the reputable HR systems
• Knowledge of the full HR Employee Lifecycle
• Specialist knowledge of at least one of Payroll, Talent Management, or HR Business Intelligence
• Understanding of Software as a Service
• Demonstrable specialist skills, for example proven business analysis techniques, organisation design, HR technology specification and/or implementation.
