Senior Audit Manager recruitment
You will need to assess the administrative organisation and the internal control structures of the business units and report the results and improvement suggestion to the Management team. Reporting to the head of audit, you will eventually manage a team of auditors on local and regional audits throughout the group.
To be considered for this role you must be attached to either one of the top five international banks or insurance companies operating in Malaysia or one of the top five local banks or insurance companies operating in Malaysia. Alternatively if you are working within a Big 4 audit firm managing audits with clients within the financial services sector, you will also be strongly favoured.
You must have management experience and will need to articulate a leadership style for future development throughout the group. Regional exposure will also be an advantage.
