Senior Auditor (Financial Markets)
In your job as a Senior Auditor you will be leading and planning audit reviews in an insurance company. This position has become available due to an internal promotion as the company values promoting from the inside. The job offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment which has a unique place inside the company, with a direct impact on the day to day operations. You will have responsibility for the development of the regulatory landscape to ensure that effective compliance is tracked and delivered in all key areas.
This role will give you the responsibility to handle complex audit reviews. You will ensure the quality of audit reports and the relevance of planning in key areas including regulatory changes, major risks and stakeholder concerns. You will maintain regular contact with areas of the business you are assigned to and take a proactive approach with the changing initiatives within the business.
This company is renowned for its support of a good work/life balance and in this role you will have high levels of exposure to senior stakeholders. There will be 20% travel in this role which would be mainly UK based.
Ideal candidates for this role would have an ACA or ACCA qualification and experience of auditing banking and capital market clients within the Big Four.
