Senior Banking Transformation / Change Manager – Contract – £750p/d Max recruitment
I am looking to find a individual experienced in Transformation / Change Management, Target Operating Model's (TOM), Process Improvement, Management Information, Data Quality Improvement and Senior Stakeholder interaction will be fast-tracked through the process.
This is an Immediate Start and only candidates with 8-10 years Investment Banking experience will be considered.
This role will require a candidate that is highly versed in End to End processes, can display evidence of working across multiple project/programme worstreams and is able to demonstrate the appetite to drive this project forward. The role is based within the Sales Transformation Group, focussed on Payments and Cash Management, so we will be asking potential candidates to highlight relevant change experience with this area.
The hiring manager is looking for candidates that have expertise and can answer fluidly questions such as; how do you monitor risks to the project and mitigate them? What tools/methods do you use to monitor and control your finances on projects? What project management methodologies are you most familiar with? What project software have you used?
I am trying to identify candidates that can be responsible for analysing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions, but who can also be responsible for ensuring effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. Is this you?
