Project Manage PC Process Transformation From Current To Future State
Drives End to End Delivery of Product Control Changes
Contract, Singapore
Role Summary:
There are a number of projects (eg Loan Remediation Project, Structure Labeling, Multi gaap and DPLBSC) going to deliver in Singapore Branch projects by end of this year.
This role is to coordinate these projects to ensure the deliverables are met timely and issues/ action points are followed up. This would also include arranging pulse meetings, gathering information for test cases and re-engineer the current work flow after the projects are delivered.
The candidates needs to have strong client management and facilitation skills as well as SME knowledge of the core PC processes.
The role involves:
- Coordinate Loan Remediation Project, Structure Labeling, Multi gaap and DPLBSC
- Work closely with PC / PC Change to understand and document data and business requirements
- Develop test approach, test scenarios and test cases
- Perform testing and analyse defects in collaboration with IT teams
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PC / PC Change and analyse defects in collaboration with IT teams
- Conduct daily meeting meetings with PC / PC Change
- Build and maintain good relationships with key PC and PC Change at a working level
- Provide progress updates to project managers and raise risks, issues and dependencies promptly

- Experience in stakeholder management and a key liaison role between Finance line and IT in deploying and building solutions to time sensitive CFO initiatives
- Long term growth path in Change Management
To qualify, you must possess:
- Work experience of 5+ years in either or a combination of the following: Consulting Services industry, Audit Advisory services industry or Financial Services industry
- Undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business or Commerce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentational) skills
- Good team player
Additional Relevant Experience or Capabilities:
- Understanding of Product Control processes
- Experience of process change management and benefit realization
