Senior BA/PM – Regional Surveillance Lead recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full data life cycle from business requirements analysis and data feed definition, to data mapping and working with QA team to facilitate feed testing.
- Work with Surveillance users to organize, analyze and document business requirements for surveillance, reports, and relevant workflows.
- Leverage the knowledge of functional requirements to assist with user interface design and wireframe documentation and review.
- Contribute to development of best practices for the identification, collection, consolidation, validation, tracking and reporting of data.
- Oversee development of data definitions, helping to analyze data sets for data anomalies and/or to verify data quality and content, and producing data quality metrics.
- Oversees the integration of data transformation in the overall architecture. Recommend and develop if necessary, new methodologies for supporting information management security and compliance requirements as it relates to data management.
- Understand high-level database architectures and work with data analysts and architects to ensure database designs are consistent with information architecture and information management and industry standards.
- Build a strong relationship with the users to be their trusted partner and be proactive in identifying and recommending solutions to Surveillance teams.
- Manage regional Book of Work.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Trade Surveillance domain and Business/Data Analysis in Capital Market domain.
- Experience with Front to Back office trade processing platforms and knowledge of trading products and flows.
- Experience with Business Analysis around Trade Surveillance areas.
- Experience with standard business modeling techniques such as cross-functional process flows, use cases, wireframes and UML
- Functional understanding of data modeling and relational database design concepts
- Solid understanding of Trade flows and Controls in Capital Markets domain (Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, Credit and Commodities)
- Formal training in the BA discipline or CBAP certification or PMP certification etc
