Senior Business Analyst – FX Front Office recruitment
As you are most probably aware, there is currently a lot of regulatory reform going on and this is putting increasing pressure on banks and creating lots of new work for the banks to do. This award winning and market leading FX business is currently looking at brining a Senior Business Analyst on board to manage the increased work load. This is a newly created role. (Yes! An Investment Bank has got additional headcount even in this climate!)
You will be given a number of emerging markets to look after and will be responsible for working with the business to understand the new regulations being imposed and then help the business aligned IT teams to understand what IT changes need to be made to support the business change. You will need to manage your own projects so if you’re looking for a good stepping stone into Project Management, this will help you get there.
To be successful in your new role you will need:
- Prior experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a front office environment
- Experience in a wide variety of projects (process reengineering, systems implementation, software development etc...)
- Any experience working within Emerging Markets will be an advantage
This role is currently open to Senior Business Analysts from either the business side or from IT. The key is your communication and stakeholder management skills.
