Senior Business Analyst – VP – Change the Bank – Global Valuations Group (GVG) – Inv Bank, City c£100k
As the Senior Business Analyst (VP), you will be working as part of a specialist global valuation team of a large European Investment Bank who oversee and perform independent price verifications on financial products e.g Equities. Within GVG there is a specialist CtB (Change the Bank) team supporting London, New York and Singapore. A large focus this year within GVG is regulatory requirements including implementing daily independent valuation control (IPV) and supporting new IFRS standards. Equities front office are migrating to a new Risk Engine which is a major programme within the bank, which is where your focus will be.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing business requirements definition, documentation and sign off and data analysis; defining testing requirements; liaising with both the business and IT stakeholders.
Skills:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a Projects or Change environment and exposure to independent valuation control (IPV), regulatory change or risk engine migration would all be beneficial.
