Senior Business Analyst - E-Commerce, Self Serve led IT and business Transformation - High Transactional Retail Financial Services - to 70k: Financial Services organisation kicking off a major business and finance transformation from Call centre and legacy platforms towards an online, self service, eCommerce business model, which is impacting the structures and business processes of the organisation at all levels, requires and experienced and heavy hitting Senior Business Analyst who will form a big part of a core delivery team in the organisation, spearheading and driving this change via challenging and shaping customer requirements, engaging with stakeholders to a senior level. A key role in one of the most exciting and transformational IT and business programmes happening at the moment.
The right candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on the development and deployment of Web / Browser-based systems (ideally E-commerce / self service) ideally within an environment undergoing significant Business and technology change and transformation and will have worked as a senior Business Analyst on large projects, and have very strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with, challenging and persuading a very senior CxO level stakeholder group. Off-shoring Experience is desirable. Experience of Multi-year, multi-million pound projects, which have affected significant technology / business change will be highly beneficial. Project Management experience desirable.
You will have significant experience as a senior business analyst, probably 10+ years with experience in a senior BA position (mentoring and coaching junior BAs, for example), and will be strong with a variety of techniques and exude experience, building confidence in your abilities, and be confident with business users, be able to challenge them, perhaps convince them to accept a vanilla solution. You will have experience of web (not just sites, but applications that sit on a browser, B2b and b2c, ideally self service, e-commerce).
