Senior Business Analyst – payments recruitment
Working for one of Australia's leading finance organisations, they have a fantastic reputation in the market and a world know name offering career development and on going training.
This is a newly created role working on the Mobile Payments project which is an initiative to enable payments via mobile phones. Looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a project defining and managing the requirements for the newest solutions in Payments. Currently in the proposal stage, you'll be required to:
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to facilitate agreement on solution and process
- Manage the definition of scope and detailed requirements for the project, which is a mix of technical and business requirements.
- Engage with third party vendors to refine the solution and process design
- Define the requirements for forms and collateral that will support the processes
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Extensive experience managing Senior Stakeholders and business requirements
- Documenting business requirements, business process specifications, testing scripts, procedures and training material.
- Experience collaborating with other Business, Change Managers and Project Managers
- Knowledge of the SDLC
- Essential to have experience from the Financial Industry and ideally knowledge of Card Issuing, Payments and Telecommunications
- Communication and presentation skills are also essential.
- End to end Business Analysis skills
- Some experience with documenting process flows in Vision or iGraphix or Aris. Understanding of the Cards Issuing Processes including Originations, Maintenance and Payment flows.
