Senior Business Analyst – Payments recruitment
The client is a leading European bank inSingaporeand is looking at hiring a Cash Management Business Analyst due to the increased demand in its business. You will be joining its corporate banking technology team for a number of regional project initiatives. This will be a 12 months direct contract with the bank as a start.
- Provide business and functional analysis of Cash Management services and products for Asia Pacific including HK, SG,China,Taiwan,Philippines,Korea,Australia,Thailand,Vietnamand etc.
- During the initial stage, to work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, to envision initial requirements, and to scope the project.
- Play bridge role between stakeholders and developers, i.e., translate the requirement into something understood by the developer; and raise the queries of the developers into something the stakeholder can understand.
- Provide functional expertise in an administrative process
- Work with users to ensure the project meets business needs
- Analyze the user requirements to determine the system needs to fulfil these requirements.
- Identification and mapping of information needs
- Defining requirements for reporting and interfacing
- Provide user training
- Aid in writing UAT cases and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team during UAT.
Person requirements:
- Good knowledge on ISO20022 payment standard. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
- Solid functional analysis skills. Strong knowledge of wholesale banking and / or retail banking industry in at least two of the following areas: payments (TT, RTGS, LVP, Direct Debit), CRM, client reporting billing.
- Good interpersonal skill

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-culture environment
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of business analysis experience preferable in bank.
