Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager recruitment
Experienced Business Analyst with good Project Management skills is required by a large global Asset management company located in London.
The successful Business Analyst / Project Manager will join a team who are responsible for servicing the asset management company’s investment risk, compliance and operational risk teams. You will be instrumental in gathering and documenting requirements, liaising with development teams and driving projects through to completion.
You will be expected to:
• Accurately convert requirements into high quality functional specs
• Manage business and technical staff to complete project deliverables on time and budget using recognised project management principles and techniques
• Take a hands-on, methodical approach to identify and resolve project issues
• Manage risks and issues effectively with timely escalation to the project sponsor and Head of Trading Systems
• Liaise with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
All applicants should have the following skills and experience:
• Strong background in the Asset Management industry including an expert understanding of the investment life cycle
• Experience of the data technologies required to support the business
• A delivery focussed approach and attitude, and strength in managing and driving change
• A solid appreciation of the securities and instruments used in modern fund management
