Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory and Compliance – Permanent – Banking recruitment
You will be involved in the analysis and creation of regulatory future state processes for the introduction of a new banking regulation. To be a success in the role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- As-Is/To-Be process mapping under industry recognised methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage stakeholder forums, workshops and other face-to-face and remote engagements
- Workshop facilitation experience to create strong business requirements documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in leading workstreams and providing leadership and mentoring to other staff
- Ability to provide input into strategy and planning
- Understanding of systems/technology necessary to support inputs into technical design process
- Preferably 5+ years of process analysis, some of which spent in a leadership capability
- Broad banking experience, preferably with exposure to operational/customer facing areas
- Previous experience in delivering legislative change bank-wide preferred
This contract opportunity has a daily rate circa $750-900 per day.
