Senior Business Analyst/technology manager - FIXED INCOME, Front Office, Buy side, Asset management, investment management - required to join an established City of London investment management firm.
Key skills and background
- Candidates must have extensive experience as either a senior business analyst or technology manager in the front office environment
- Very strong understanding of the FIXED INCOME industry and/or market knowledge
- Experience working with 3rd party, trading systems, software vendors
- Experience working with traders and/or brokers to discover their needs and requirements relating to trading technology
- Willingness and eligibility to travel globally for around one week per quarter on average
About the role
- Your role will be to work with London, Hong Kong and US based FIXED INCOME traders to assist in enhancing the front office trading technology to satisfy their needs and requirements
- You will propose new initiative to help drive the FIXED INCOME business forward whilst ensuring changes remain in line with company strategy and fit in with the middle and back office processes and technology also
- Transforming analysis into clear and accurate functional documentation ensuring that all parties involved are updates and considered
- Managing and delivering new initiatives across the FIXED INCOME trading platform including; planning, testing, managing vendor relationships, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring the processes are standardised globally
