Senior Business Analyst | Term Deposits & Pricing

Leading Australian bank seeks an experienced Senior / Lead Business Analyst to be responsible for defining and managing the requirements for improvement to the Loan Top Up processes within a large pricing program.

They urgently seek a Business Analyst who can analyse the impacts of all pricing changes for Term Deposit Elasticity and Sub State Pricing as well as manage the scheduling of these tests to ensure optimal results without adverse customer impact. This is a key role to ensure the success of the both the tactical and longer term strategic solutions.

Knowledge of Term Deposits, strong analytical skills, issues and risk management along with planning and scheduling skills will be core to the project's success. Understanding of Deposit systems, Originations and Maintenance flows. Ideally experience from the Finance Industry, and experience with Term Deposits an advantage

The project is currently in the evaluation stage and the BA will be required to:
Understand the As Is Business Processes across the project value chain
Undertake detailed analysis of all pricing changes as requested by Product Management
Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate agreement on the results of all impact analysis and agreement as to test and learn schedules for optimal results
Engage with Change Management to define Change Impacts
Work with the Project Manager to define timelines/schedules and manage issues and risks for the tactical solutions

The following skills are required for the role:
Enterprise and Requirements Analysis - at least 5 years experience defining and managing Stakeholders and business requirements
Business Process Analysis - at least 5 years documenting business processes
BA Documentation - must have experience documenting Business Requirement Documents, Business Process Specifications, Functional Requirements and Testing Plans
Experience in collaborating with other BAs, Change Managers and Project Managers
Project Management Skills - must have experience in scheduling and identifying and managing risks and issues
Technical Knowledge - should have experience with documenting process flows in Visio or iGraphix or Aris.
