Senior Business Analyst, with excellent business process and business requirements gathering experience within an investment bank, is required by leading UK Tier 1 Investment Bank. My client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Trade Finance division, and will be accountable defining the business needs for projects within a large scale transformation piece within the investment bank
Core competencies required:
• Excellent Senior Business Analyst experience
• Excellent Investment Banking experience, either direct or through a large consultancy
• Experience within Trade Finance an advantage, otherwise strong investment banking business knowledge
• Strong business process modelling knowledge with excellent UML skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile practices a bonus
• Degree level education in a relevant subject
This role will involve the Senior Business Analyst playing a key role in the investment bank’s trade finance transformation programme. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for specifying and prioritising business requirements with the aim of making the business grow as rapidly as possible
The senior business analyst will be leading requirement gathering workshops and will ultimately contribute to defining and improving the technology strategy for the trade finance business area
