Senior Business Analyst – Trade Finance - Corporate Banking
Our client, a large city based Bank, has an immediate requirement for a experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Change Group to assist with a variety of business critical strategic change programmes, supporting their Trade Finance portfolio and focusing on execution to deliver business benefits.
The successful Business Analyst should ideally possess a proven background within Corporate and/or Investment Banking and Global Trade Finance in particular.
Skills/Role:
-Demonstrable experience of business analysis in a Trade Finance environment;
-Exceptional business analysis skills;
-Solid Project and Change Management skills;
-Undertake and manage strategic workshops with core business stakeholders;
-Liaise with various internal change teams to ensure documentation requirements across the programmes are met; and
-Preparation of training manuals and materials.
In addition, the successful Business Analyst –Trade Finance should be able to demonstrate experience in some or all of the following:
-Excellent communication skills - clear, concise and unambiguous;
-Organised approach and able to work under pressure;
-Exceptional stakeholder management skills;
-Innovative thinker, able to deliver to tight timescales;
-A highly professional candidate, flexible and willing to go the extra mile
Preferred:
